How do I search for properties?

Use the search bar on our homepage to filter properties by location, price range, property type, and number of bedrooms. You can also browse all available properties on the Properties page.

How do I apply for a rental?

Click on any property listing, review the details, and click 'Apply to Rent'. Fill out the application form with your personal information, employment details, and references. The landlord will review your application and contact you.

Is it free for tenants?

Yes! HabitaCam is completely free for tenants. You can search properties, submit applications, and use the tenant portal at no cost.

How do I pay rent?

Once you're a tenant, you can pay rent directly through your tenant portal using Mobile Money or bank transfer. You'll receive an instant receipt for every payment.

For Landlords

How much does HabitaCam cost?

We offer a free plan for up to 2 properties. Our Pro plan costs 25,000 XAF/month for up to 10 properties. Contact us for Enterprise pricing for unlimited properties.

How do I list a property?

Sign up for a landlord account, complete your profile verification, and click 'Add Property' from your dashboard. Fill in the property details, upload photos, and publish your listing.

How long does verification take?

Landlord verification typically takes 24-48 hours. We verify your identity and property ownership to maintain trust and security on our platform.

Can I manage multiple properties?

Yes! Depending on your plan, you can manage 2 (Free), 10 (Pro), or unlimited (Enterprise) properties from a single dashboard.

Is HabitaCam available across Cameroon?

Yes! We serve all major cities in Cameroon including Yaoundé, Douala, Bafoussam, Bamenda, and more. We're continuously expanding to new areas.

How do you verify listings?

We verify landlord identity, property ownership documents, and conduct quality checks on listings to ensure all properties on our platform are legitimate.

What if I have a problem with my rental?

Tenants can submit maintenance requests through their portal, and landlords can track and resolve issues. For disputes, contact our support team at support@habitacam.com.
